Job Responsibilities
•Manages the service, repair, and overall maintenance of aircraft, aircraft engines and all associated gear, verifying aircraft are safe for flight in compliance with ATAC GOPS, Government contract requirements and FAA regulations.
•Oversees the scheduling and timely completion of repairs and maintenance ensuring adherence to budgetary and safety protocols.
•Acts as advisor to the aircraft maintenance team, Director Of Maintenance and VP regarding projects, tasks, facilities, personnel and operations.
•Typically manages through subordinate Leads and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
•Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
•Gives recommendations into developing the budget and hiring plan to include talent scouting, recruiting and resume collection. Responsible for prioritizing, performing, and supervising multiple complex maintenance functions as assigned.
•Performance will be continuously monitored by supervision and reviewed annually with the employee.

Summary
The Production Supervisor guides and supervises the overall production of hangar/flight line maintenance actions for Airborne Tactical Advantage Company. The Production Supervisor leads all maintenance efforts while supporting company objectives, developing and empowering maintenance team supporting company requirements on a daily basis. The Production Supervisor reports to and assists the Maintenance Manager in all matters pertaining to maintenance actions, policies, and programs for assigned maintenance personnel.

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
- Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
- Utilize AMS program
- Training of maintenance personnel
- Manage assigned maintenance programs
- Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
- Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
- The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
- This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
- This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
- This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
- Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
- Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
- Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs

Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager oversees and performs all maintenance actions for E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) maintenance simulator.
• Identify, diagnose and correct complex problems on simulators, performing preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on simulators, and associated training and support systems.
• Ensure technical compliance with Government and contract-dictated Statement of Work, policies, directives, regulations, and documentation.
• Brief, advise, and coordinate with customer and Government personnel as directed. Act as liaison between company management and on-site personnel.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation; and ability to evaluate, isolate and repair malfunctions.
• Utilize test and support equipment associated with the maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of the E-8C JSTARS maintenance simulator.
• Identify and coordinate efforts to correct training system deficiencies.
• Perform pre and post flight activities on all simulators.
• Perform other logistics duties including managing parts, repair of parts and testing.

About This Role

The position requires knowledge in the fundamentals of an AS9100 based Quality Management System (QMS). This position will be assigned to lead the quality management and improvement efforts in an electronics and microwave production facility. The position will identify and review KPIs, work with peer organizations to identify problems and resolve those problems using standard industry improvement tools. This position has oversight of Quality Engineers and Inspection personnel and is responsible for quality activities and improvements for this dedicated factory location.
This position must coordinate activities collaboratively with the departments including, but not limited to, Production Control, Manufacturing, Engineering and Human Resources. Interfaces effectively with all levels and departments within the organization including Textron Senior Leaders.
Responsibilities to Include:
• Collaborate with other Textron sites with similar manufacturing operations to share best practices and develop common processes.
• Develop proactive measures to ensure product and process quality.
• Establishes quality requirements, identify problems, and take corrective actions to improve quality.

- Ensuring efficient program management within company maintenance information systems; to include RAMCO, AMS, ARS, reporting email systems, share drive, and company SharePoint

- The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for establishing and executing the supply chain strategy to successfully support new development or existing production programs
- The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for representing procurement to the program and engineering teams and must work collaboratively across all functions
- The role will also be responsible for supplier evaluation and selection, negotiation and establishing long term contracts and management of complex supplier programs, in coordination with other supply chain teams
- This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain with up to 50% travel required
- Lead several complex supply chain sourcing projects concurrently across multiple programs
- Evaluate, analyze, and assess trends and advancements in commodities, technologies, and sources of supply
- Create solutions to sourcing challenges based on trends and advancements using ingenuity and innovation
- Establish strategies to develop and improve the supply base as partners in support of quality, cost, delivery, and service level objectives
- Manage all elements of the sourcing process including obtaining and influencing program’s requirement; analysis of commodities and sources, issuance of various solicitations (Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal and Requests for Quote); supplier selection, negotiation, and contract formation

Our team in Wilmington, MA, is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO). This position is for an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support classified computing environments. You will interface and collaborate with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure adherence to all NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, JSIG policies.
Responsibilities To Anticipate
• You will be primarily responsible for system compliance, auditing, security plan development and delivering information systems security education and awareness.
• You will also assist in investigating information system security violations and help prepare reports specifying corrective and preventative actions.
• The position routinely collaborates with the facility security team, program personnel, and government representatives.
• Security sustainment activities (hardware change management, software change management, account management, media protection, user interface, file transfers, etc.)
